Cultivation of the vineyard: Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.
Wine-making and maturing: Blend of juices from direct press and pelicular maceration. Fermentation and maturing in heat-regulated stainless steel tanks. Tartaric stabilisation in cold room.
Wine tasting: Tender rosé wine with an intense pink robe, well ripe red berries‘ aromas. The palate is round and balanced with a tonic finish.
Best served as: An aperitive wine, with sweet and sour, lightly spicy meals, on desserts like fruit salad or strawberry cream cake. Ideally served between 8°C and 10°C (46°F to 50°F)
