Cultivation of the vineyard: Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.
Wine-making and maturing: Direct pressing. Fermentation and maturing in stainless steel heat-regulated tanks. Tartaric stabilisation in cold room.
Wine tasting: With its brilliant yellow robe, this wine shows an intense nose of white flowers like acacia flowers. The attack is nicely lively. The mid-palate reveals lingering aromas to finish with enjoyable freshness.
Best served with: Seafood, fish, goat cottage cheese.
Ideally at about 10°C (50°F)
