Cultivation of the vineyard: Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.
Wine-making and maturing: Harvest by hand. After the pressing, fermentation and wine-growing occur in heat-regulated stainless steel tanks. A second fermentation occurs in the bottle, with a 12 month – maturing on laths, followed by a disgorgement.
Wine tasting: This very delicate sparkling wine has a nose of white flesh fruit (peach, plum). Its mouth is fresh and refined.
Best served: Festive wine to be served as an aperitive or to accompany a dessert.
