Age of the vines: 40 years old in average

Cultivation of the vineyard: Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.

Wine-making and maturing: Late harvest wine from grapes partly to completely covered with noble rot. Traditional wine-making and maturing in stainless steel heat-regulated tanks. Tartaric stabilisation in cold room.

Wine-tasting: Brilliant golden robe.

Nose: very fresh and delicate, with aromas of exotic and citrus fruit.
The mouth reveals to be rich and creamy. Mid-palate is well-balanced between sweetness and freshness, developing all the exotic fruit aromas, from pineapple to candied mango or fig. These flavors linger in a long and delicious finish.

Best served: As an aperitif wine with blue sheep’s cheese like Roquefort, or foie gras.
As a dessert wine with tatin tart or chocolate mousse. Ideally between 8 and 10°C (46 to 50°F)

Aging potential: 5 years to keep all the freshness and the intense fruity aromas, but can also be kept up to 10 years.

En culture biologique et biodynamique pour le respect de l'environnement et la qualité organoleptique optimale des raisins, vignoble palissé et en enherbement naturel maîtrisé.
Vin issu de tries successives. Vinification et élevage traditionnels en cuves inox thermorégulées.
La couleur est de belle intensité. Le nez est agréable, frais et gourmand à dominante de fruits blancs méditerranéens type pêches et abricots. La bouche est ronde, riche et présente. Belle suavité avec une pointe d'acidité.
Ce vin d'apéritif ou de dessert est idéal avec du foie gras, fromages à pâtes persillées (roquefort), tarte tatin…
Servir entre 8 et 10°C.
