Age of the vines: 40 years old in average
Cultivation of the vineyard: Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.
Wine-making and maturing: Blend of juices from direct press and pelicular maceration. Fermentation and maturing in stainless steel heat-regulated tanks. Tartaric stabilisation in cold room.
Wine tasting: An intense coral colour with a very expressive nose, both flowery and fruity. The mouth starts heartily, continuing on long-lasting red berries’ aromas and some vivacity.
Best served with: Salads, poultry, fine or smoked deli meats, as well as to accompany a barbecue.
Ideally between 8°C and 10°C ( 46-50 °F )
Aging potential: 2 to 3 years.
