Cultivation of the vineyard: Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.
Wine-making and maturing: Traditional pelicular maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel heat-regulated tanks. Maturing also in stainless steel tanks for at least a year. Tartaric stabilisation in cold room.
Wine tasting: This wine has a nose of persistent red berries, and its mouth offers aromas of ripe fruit with softness, then finishing on some freshness and lights spicy notes.
Best served with: Deli meats, pizza, grilled meat, fish or spicy dishes. Perfect with a young camembert.
Serving temperature at about 13°C (55°F)
