Cultivation of the vineyard: Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.
Wine-making and maturing: Direct pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel heat-regulated tanks. Maturing also in stainless steel tanks. Tartaric stabilisation in cold room.
Wine tasting: This wine has an intense white flower nose, and reveals a very round and fruity mouth.
Best served with: Ideally a dozen of oilsters or a seafood plate, at about 10°C (50°F)
Aging potential: 2 to 3 years
